Ahold to Detail Audited Results
AMSTERDAM -- Ahold will announce its audited consolidated fiscal year 2002 financial statements and restated financial statements for fiscal years 2001 and 2000 on Oct. 2.
A press conference will be held at 10:30 a.m. CET on the same day, followed by an analyst meeting at 2:00 p.m. CET.
The embattled retailer says it will submit audited consolidated fiscal year 2002 financial statements to its syndicate of banks after the close of trading hours of both Euronext Amsterdam and the New York Stock Exchange on Oct. 1.
Delivery of its audited consolidated fiscal year 2002 financial statements is a condition under Ahold's $2.65 billion credit facility negotiated in March.
