Amazon’s Whole Foods Delivery Expands to 13 New Metros
Whole Foods now offers Prime Now delivery in 88 markets

Amazon and Whole Foods Market have expanded Prime Now one-hour delivery to 13 new metro areas, bringing the total of markets served to 88. The new regions include Chattanooga and Knoxville, Tenn., Destin and Tallahassee, Fla., Greensboro and Wilmington, N.C., Allentown, Pa., Fort Collins, Colo., Huntsville and Montgomery, Ala., Jackson, Miss., Palm Desert, Calif., and Portland, Maine.

“Prime Now delivery continues to be a hit with our customers, and we’re excited to introduce the service to even more Prime members across the country,” said Christina Minardi, Whole Foods' EVP of operations. “It’s just another way we’re making it even easier for more customers to enjoy Whole Foods Market’s healthy and organic food.”

Amazon Prime members also can save with weekly Prime Member deals and discounts at Whole Foods Market, plus an additional 10 percent off select items. Eligible Prime members also receive 5 percent back on Whole Food purchases when using the Amazon Prime Rewards Visa card.

Amazon/Whole Foods is No. 8 on Progressive Grocer’s 2018 Super 50 list of the top grocers in the United States.
