Bake’n Joy Cupcake Batters

Bake’n Joy Foods Inc.’s 2.5-ounce Cupcake Batters are the latest products to join the North Andover, Mass.-based company’s full line of flash-frozen FreshBakes ready-to-bake batters. Bakery operators can choose from among Chocolate, Yellow or Red Velvet to whip up moist cupcakes with little effort required -- since the batters have already been mixed, measured and deposited into paper-lined plastic carrier trays, all that’s left to do is bake and decorate. The cupcakes come in a convenient 48-count case, so operators can pull just what they need from the freezer for each day’s bake.
