Bi-Lo Supporting ‘March for Babies’
Bi-Lo said it plans to provide food, drinks, condiments, and paper products to every March of Dimes “March for Babies” event in South Carolina, as well as several events in eastern Georgia, which in total will involve more than 18,000 participants.
It is the latest effort in a long collaboration. Bi-Lo said it has supported the March for Babies events through the donation of food and products for more than two decades. Formerly known as Walk America, March for Babies is the largest March of Dimes fundraiser.
“We are honored to be a part of an event that is making such a difference in the lives of the precious, fragile infants who need help,” said Bi-Lo c.e.o. Brian Hotarek.
Bi-Lo, headquartered in Mauldin, S.C., operates 223 supermarkets in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee.
