Buehler’s Launches Enhanced Online Shopping

Buehler’s Fresh Foods has launched its new Click Load & Go online shopping platform powered by Rosie.

The 14-store chain based in Wooster, Ohio, was one of the first in the state to offer online shopping, according to Buehler's. The improved shopping platform allows customers to order online or through the Rosie mobile app for iOS or Android. Customers can choose to pay online or at the curbside pick-up location, and the service fee has been reduced by $2 to $5.95, with the fee waived for the first three orders. The new platform also features larger photos, product recommendations and easier shopping cart management.

The new platform also features trained personal shoppers that handpick and assemble each order as well as tracking order history to make repeat orders easy. Customers can select the day and time to pick up their order from one of four Buehler’s locations; same-day orders can be placed three hours in advance.
