Dinner By Design Adds First Freezer Rebate Program
CHICAGO - Dinner by Design, a leading meal assembly company based here, unveiled a rebate program that allows customers to get up to $50 cash back when they purchase selected Frigidaire chest and upright freezers.
The announcement marks the first time a meal assembly retailer has collaborated with a major appliance manufacturer for a consumer rebate program of this kind.
The consumer rebate program runs from April through December. Consumers can obtain a rebate form with any Dinner by Design food purchase at participating locations.
Dinner by Design president and founder Julie Duffy said her company's 2007 consumer research revealed an overwhelming majority of busy families nationwide need or want the convenience of additional freezer space in their homes.
With agreements for more than 80 locations nationwide, Dinner by Design offers in-kitchen assembly sessions, special events, fundraising opportunities and pick-up services.
