Ease of Use Driving Loyalty Software Adoption, Says Retalix
DALLAS - Hy-Vee and Big Y in North America, Carrefour in Europe, and China's WuMart are among the dozen Retalix retail customers that have recently deployed the vendor's upgraded loyalty and promotions management system. Together, these retailers represent more than 3,400 stores with 33,000-plus point-of-sale lanes running Retalix StoreLine, Retalix StorePoint, and StoreNext ISS45 POS systems, the provider said.
"Two years ago we had only one customer using the Retalix Loyalty solution and now we have more than a dozen chains in various stages of adopting our system," said Barry Shaked, president and c.e.o. of Retalix. "And we're seeing increased interest from mid-tier companies, and independents and regional chains."
According to Retalix, this growth comes as large, mid-size, and independent merchants begin to leverage next-generation loyalty and central promotion management to create relevant offerings and promotions.
