Giant Landover Adds to In-Store Nutritionists
Giant Food LLC has grown its in-store nutritionist team this year with three additional members, enabling the Ahold Delhaize division to expand nutritionist services across its operating area. New to the team are Melanie Berdyck, working at the Ellicott City, Md., location; Marissa Donovan, in McLean, Va.; and Mandy Katz, in Timonium, Md.
The banner now has 10 nutritionists across Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia who help customers make better nutritional choices for themselves and their families. Nutritionists conduct one-on-one consultations, store tours and free community classes to help local shoppers understand the importance of eating healthily and integrate healthy habits into their daily lives.
