Introduced at the recent Mobile World Congress, the HP TX1 POS Solution is a sleek yet durable Windows 8.1 tablet that will allow business owners to easily complete sales transactions and perform back-office tasks, according to the company. The HP TX1 combines a sleek 10.1-inch HP ProPad 600 with a sturdy stand and point-of-sale accessories. The stand securely holds the tablet upright and allows it to turn and tilt with ease. The HP TX1 includes a compact receipt printer, cash drawer, USB hub and optional bar code scanner. It is backed by HP’s hardware warranty and will be available in May. Prices vary by configuration.
