IDDBA Launches Digital Show Planner
The International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association has released its myIDDBA Show Planner, a new tool designed to enhance the user’s experience at the organization’s annual Dairy-Deli-Bake conference, the next of which is June 10-12 in New Orleans.
The myIDDBA Show Planner provides a social networking platform for show attendees. Users can connect with other attendees, view programming, create their own schedule and much more. All Dairy-Deli-Bake 2012 show attendees will be able to use this tool to obtain what the association calls their “best ever and most productive show experience.”
Users can personalize profile with their bio, photo or logo, interests and contact info, plus Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn integration. The more users update their profiles, the more “matches” myIDDBA will provide for exhibitors, events and attendees who overlap the user’s interests.
IDDBA’s Dairy-Deli-Bake 2012 will have a native app available for both Android and iPhone, providing on-site access as users network. The Web-based myIDDBA will automatically sync to the app.
The official hash tag for IDDBA’s Dairy-Deli-Bake 2012 is #IDDBA12.
Madison, Wis.-based IDDBA is a nonprofit membership organization serving the dairy, deli, bakery, cheese and supermarket foodservice industries.
