Shelf-stable cold-brew coffee line expands
Cold-brew coffee pioneer Kohana Coffee has expanded its line of shelf-stable cold-brew coffees to include Organic French Roast, Organic French Vanilla and Natural Decaf varieties. All of Kohana's cold-brew coffee concentrates are certified kosher with no added preservatives or artificial sweeteners, and are available in 16- and 32-oz bottles.
Single-origin beans are slow-roasted then cold-brewed in a proprietary process that yields a rich, smooth favor with 70 percent less acidity than traditional coffee.
