Land O’Frost, the Lansing, Ill.-based packaged lunch meat company, has launched a new product, Minis, as an expansion of the company’s Premium product line. Minis are available in 72-piece packages in four distinct flavors: Honey Ham, Hickory Smoked Ham, Hickory Smoked Turkey Breast and Honey Smoked Turkey Breast. Designed in response to a shift in consumers’ eating habits – from sit-down meals to snacking -- Minis are a versatile product with several usage options, including snacking with crackers, serving on a party tray and eating straight out of the pack. Land O’Frost Premium Minis (SRP $3.99-4.49) are gluten-free, contain zero MSG and Trans Fats, and boast 100 calories or less per serving.
