All 10 youngsters will receive four tickets to the Nov. 12 game between the Detroit Lions and the San Francisco 49ers. Two grand prize winners will receive pre-game on-field passes, a tour of Ford Field and an authentic Detroit Lions jersey autographed by NFL Pro-Bowler Dre Bly.
