New Life for Salads and Snacks

Rising Sun Farms has introduced two new product lines full of items intended to spruce up salads and snacks: Salad Energizers and DipnSpreads. The Salad Energizers line consists of three products containing a group of items that can be tossed into a salad. The three mixes are Currants, Pecans & Parmesan Cheese; Cranberries, Hazelnuts & Gorgonzola Cheese; and Figs, Sunflower Seeds & Feta Cheese. The DipnSpreads cream-cheese based items work for single snacking or in a party setting. Among the six flavors are Roasted Garlic & Chive, Roasted Sweet Pepper, Northwest Strawberry, and Artichoke Parmesan. The Salad Energizers retail for a suggested $1.99 for 1.5-ounce package, and the DipnSpread goes for a suggested $4.99 per 2.5-ounce package.
