Northeast Ohio Tops Stores Give to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals at Checkout
WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. -- For the second consecutive year, Tops Markets, LLC here is allowing its shoppers in northeast Ohio to contribute to local Children's Miracle Network (CMN) hospitals across the region. Shoppers who buy a CMN paper balloon for $1 at the checkout of their local Tops store will receive a coupon good for $1 off any Tops brand ice cream. The two-week in-store campaign ends June 17.
Last year the campaign garnered over $50,000 for local hospitals, among them Akron Children's Hospital, Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital, and TOD Children's Hospital.
Ahold-owned Tops, a division of Carlisle, Pa.-based Giant Food Stores, currently operates 119 Tops Markets and four Martin's Super Food Stores. With almost 16,000 associates, TOPS serves a three state market area.
