Opterus Forms Partnership With Dalcom Consulting
Opterus, Inc., vendor of Web 2.0 retail portal solution Store Ops-Center, has formed a reseller partnership with Dalcom Consulting, Inc., a retail industry solutions provider.
Opterus Store Ops-Center is an on-demand, instant retail portal that offers robust functionality around store compliance of corporate objectives. The solution includes various modules that help retailers manage and monitor operational compliance, such Message Center, Task Manager and Issue Tracker. Other modules, including Electronic Forms and Document Library, extend the portal functionality that help lower operational costs and boost productivity.
"Our partnership with Opterus will open new opportunities for retailers to apply uniform efficiency standards across all stores," said Tim Lindsay, VP of sales at Greensboro, N.C.-based Dalcom. "To date, we have introduced Store Ops-Center to several of our current clients, and their response has been overwhelmingly positive towards the solution."
"Dalcom offers a range of solutions to their retail clients, and the addition of Store Ops-Center will represent further value that complements their current solutions," noted Ron Blackwelder, VP of sales and marketing at Toronto-based Opterus.
