PCC Natural Markets to Enhance WAN Performance
PCC Natural markets said it plans to install a wide area network (WAN) acceleration solution to boost the performance of applications used at its stores.
The organic grocer will use the NX appliances from vendor Silver Peak to improve the performance of key business applications like file sharing, Intranet, and client applications with the goal of increased productivity and an improved utilization of office space within retail sites.
Seattle-based PCC Natural Markets is a certified organic retail cooperative that operates eight stores in the Seward Park, View Ridge, Greenlake, West Seattle, Fremont, Kirkland, Redmond, and Issaquah neighborhoods. A ninth store will open in Edmonds this summer.
