Pete’s Fresh Markets Deploys Instacart

Pete’s Fresh Market, a family-owned independent in Chicago, has selected Instacart as its exclusive partner for grocery delivery. Shoppers can order groceries online and have them delivered in as little as one hour. Prices for Pete’s items on Instacart are the same as in store.

Vanessa Dremonas, owner and executive officer, said Pete’s listened to customer requests for online order and delivery options, and went ahead to meet their needs.     

Nilam Ganenthiran, VP of business development & strategy for Instacart, said he is impressed with Pete’s wide selection of fresh produce, healthy choices, international foods and organics as well as an impressive deli and bakery.

Customers located throughout Instacart’s Chicago and Oakbrook Terrace delivery areas can order groceries from Pete’s. The Oakbrook Terrace store will also serve parts of the following suburbs: Clarendon Hills, Downers Grove, Elmhurst, Hinsdale, Oak Brook, Villa Park and Westmont. Instacart potentially will extend its delivery coverage for Pete’s to other suburbs in the coming months.
