Gilroy, Calif.-based Doc's Amazing LLC has launched a line of Low Fat Chicken Sausages, available in Buffalo Style, Chicken Apple, Chicken Italian and El Chipotle varieties. These fully cooked, all-natural offerings boast 2.5 grams of fat per link and are certified by the American Heart Association. Each 10-ounce package contains five sausages and is competitively priced with other high-end chicken sausages currently on the market.
