Super Foods Partners With ShopHero for e-Commerce

Super Foods, with three locations in Luverne, Greenville and Evergreen, Ala., has partnered with ShopHero to launch an e-commerce service this month.

Encompassing both traditional supermarket and cost-plus stores, Super Foods allows customers to use any device, mobile or computer, to order from the entire company’s inventory, with online prices matching those on the shelves. The service offers both curbside pickup and delivery for a small fee.

Provo, Utah-based ShopHero also is developing a mobile shopping app for Super Foods to sync with customers order online, with a built-in bar code scanner that will let shoppers scan any item to instantly add it to their shopping cart.

“We’re very excited to bring this service to our communities,” said Lillian Wilson, owner of Super Foods. “Our customers have been asking for online ordering, and we’re pleased to be able to give it to them.”
