Whole Foods Markets Hosts Local Food Road Tour
Whole Foods Markets will host the second annual Farmers and Food Artisans Road Tour at its Rocky Mountain region stores in September. On the tour, shoppers can meet local producers of foods sold at the organic grocer's stores, try free samples and learn how the foods are brought to market.

Vendors appearing at Whole Foods' locations in New Mexico will include North Valley Organics Farm, Heidi's Raspberry Farms, Apple Canyon Gourmet, Valley Garlic Oil and Aroma Fresca Herbs.
Proceeds from the purchase of prepared lunches will go to local nonprofits. The Road Tour will begin in New Mexico Sept. 6 and 7. The Albuquerque Whole Foods will host the first day while the Santa Fe store will host the second.
