Inc. said yesterday that it has provided the Federal Trade Commission with the required two-week notice of its intention to complete the acquisition of Carteret, N.J.-based Pathmark Stores, Inc., effective Nov. 13. According to the notice, A&P may complete the acquisition any time after Nov. 27.
