EDMOND, Okla. -- Homeland Stores, a regional chain here that's a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kansas City, Kan.-based Associated Wholesale Grocers, has reportedly entered into an agreement to purchase the stock of United Supermarket of Oklahoma stores.
