Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. is reportedly planning a new Supercenter prototype that is smaller and more upscale than the traditional Supercenter units it has opened in most regions of the country.
The new format will launch this fall in four Arizona markets, as "a small community grocery store" with an understated connection to the Wal-Mart name.
