    CARTERET, N.J. -- In response to rising concerns about health care costs, Pathmark Stores, Inc., has extended the enrollment period for its new Pharmacy Advantage Club, which helps those who qualify manage their prescription drug costs. The program's initial enrollment period began on Feb. 23, and has been extended through April 28, from the original cut-off date of March 31.
